Urinary calculi diseases is one of the most common disease in urology,and the incidence of the disease is increasing in recent years.Generally,the principle treatment method is surgical therap.But the pain brought by surgical therap is obviously.For the past few years,as the result of the development of the Minimally Invasive Technology,there are more new methods used to cure urinary calculi disease without surgery.Thanks to the continuous improvement of the laser technology.The laser technology used in the medical field has became reality.This paper will introduce a new method of cure Urinary calculi disease—The Holmium Laser.In the field of minimally invasive surgery,there are many diseases can be cured by the Holmium Laser,treatment of calculi disease is one of important applications.Based on the above analysis this paper designed a high-performance,intelligentized,multifunctional Holmium Laser therapy apparatus control systerm that aimed at renal calculus disease.It can be widely useded in curing Ureteric calculus,Xanthic calculus and Kidney calculi.Based on the development of the Holmium Laser technology at home and aboard,combined with current situation,this article analysed the principle of the holmium and the relationship between the four modules.After this,the paper described the development process of the embedded system.According to the functional requirements of the Holmium Laser,this article use the new technique in the embedded system and the image recognition field .This paper designed a intelligentized Holmium Laser control systerm based on the STM32,uC/OS-Ⅱand image recognition technology.Except for the manual mode,the therapy apparatus also has automatic mode.It can use the Image identity technology,analyse the size of the calculus and count the speed of smash the calculus so as to achieve the intelligent control.According to functions implemented by the Holmium Laser,the article provides a scheme to realize the function of this systerm.The Holmium Laser therapy apparatus's control system use the STM32F103VCT6 produced by ST as the main controller, SPCA563B used as the controller of the image recognition module.According to the request of systerm`s functions,not only the core circuit is designed,but also the peripheral circuit.Including man-machine interface circuit,LCD circuit,I2C circuit,A/D convert circuit,audio circuit,temperature senser circuit,laser power devices interface circuit,image recognition module circuit.In these designes,the design philosophy of each functional modules,design principle of the circuit,the process of chip make choice and parameter choice were recounted detailly.At Last the PCBLAYOUT was introduced,principally for the method of PCBLAYOUT and the problems we should pay attention to.This paper set up software platform of uC/OS-ⅡOS introduce the process of porting uC/OS-Ⅱ.Later,according to the actual functional capability of the Holmium Laser,the Holmium Laser's working state can be divided into five working states . Draw the flow chart according to the functions to be implemented.For the image processing module,give emphasis to the module recognize the calculus and algorithm of treat calculus,as well as the process of intelligentized deal with calculus . At last , this paper introduce the communication process between image processing module and STM32F103VCT6.Finally,the system is debugged,and verify the rationality of systerm's design scheme.Some questions in the process of the systerm's development are concluded and the emphases of the next development and research on the Holmium Laser are prospected.
