It is rather broad in the process of weighing ingredients and delivery technologies in energy, metallurgy, manufacturing, transportation, chemical and other industrial applications, but most of the process of weighing system about ingredients and delivery using conventional PID control. Its shortcomings are: First, the parameters are fixed, the degree of accuracy and stability is not high, and it is lag in the aspect of weighing intelligent; second, the whole weighing system is not good enough in real-time dynamic adjustment; third, it is lack of self-adaptive parameter adjustment, so it can not be further with the initialization anti-interference and enhance the robustness.This paper is based on 1.5 million tons automatic blending control system in Shanxi Coking plant, it is making great efforts to solve problem about frequent interference, real-time dynamic adjustment ability is not good enough and so on in the coal blending control process. This paper use fuzzy PID control algorithm, on-line to adjust PID parameters, to improve the response speed of control system, take much less time in transition process, decrease overshoot, reduce the number of shocks, to make it have stronger robustness and stability.This paper is divided into four parts: First the paper introduces the main technique of actual coal blending control system, including the system of the device structure, the hardware is consists of batching weighing scale, programmable logic controller, installed base of equipment in construction site, batching scale instruments, and electrical vibration feeder and so on, there needs to be done in this project task.Second, the paper introduces software products of t this project, as well as product descriptions, the system's host computer screen display, system control loop, working principle and so on.Third, the paper introduces the features of fuzzy control, as well as the characteristics of the classic PID control, and combine the two algorithm each other to form a fuzzy PID control, the paper clarify the fuzzy PID controller design principles and detailed design steps, eventually will regulate the PID look-up table of control parameters into a mathematical model that the computer can accept, so we can achieve on-line adjustment from the theoretical algorithm of the PID parameters.Fourth, in the coal blending control system, Fuzzy PID control can be achieved not only in the upper plane configuration software,it can also be implemented in PLC, you can also achieve it within the microcontroller. However, in the debug process, we need to constantly improve the adjustment parameters, control rules or non-fuzzy approach to experiment, but when we generate the matrix, the huge matrix often wrong in the input process, and waste a lot of time, So here focuses on a fast fuzzy PID method. Finally, I practice and make a simulation to compare the control effect.This paper is based on fuzzy PID algorithm. Through a lot of testing and simulation, ultimately form a set of better experimental methods, and making rapid analysis debug of the data, demonstrated its superiority in the control process.
