In the modern enterprise, the automation and process control technologies are became more and more important. This paper introduces industrial Ethernet, fieldbus technology and Modbus communication technology, management and control integration to follow the basic ideas, exchange station cooling system under the process, the rational design of remote monitoring, combined with Profibus, three-dimensional power control software, Siemens S7-300 PLC and other industrial control technology, introduces the cooling system of monitoring, data collection and communication of three parts of the implementation method, the implementation of the dormitory area of warm and cold air exchange station running the transformation of remote monitoring, configuration control by force Software PC Auto 3.62 to achieve human-machine interface and remote monitoring, use of PLC to complete on-site data acquisition and device control, monitoring center via Industrial Ethernet and PLC communication between field bus through the PLC and field equipment, information exchange, realized switching station equipment unattended remote control, the operator from the high temperature, high noise from the out field, improved operator efficiency, optimal control, it ensures cooling service quality, timely and rational optimization of cooling system operation, reduce energy consumption for aluminum power plant in Shandong Branch to improve equipment management and optimize the organizational structure of labor and lay a solid foundation.
