Workflow concept originated in the organization of production and officeautomation, for daily work activities with a fixed program, a concept put forward, theintention is to work broken down into well-defined tasks or role, according to certainrules and procedures to perform these task and its control, to improve efficiency,better control of the process, enhance customer service, effective management ofbusiness processes or other purposes.The traditional workflow products on the lack of attention to the timeliness ofinformation and processing power, this article will introduce the time dimension tothe traditional concept of workflow space, so that from the process, resources, casethree-dimensional extension of the process, resources, case, time four-dimensional.Also, because of the time attribute of the importance of various elements, this paperwill introduce the idea of weight to the concept of space, on this basis proposed a timewith the right workflow concepts.After the establishment of a time with the right workflow model WTPWF-Net,given its meta-model and process model, gives the formal description of WTPWF-Net,and gives their basic characteristics, given the dynamic WTPWF-Net semantic.In this paper， the right time with a reasonable workflow model validation andanalysis, given the structure of the modeling analysis of rules and consistencyconstraints of time. Then, using the model of this paper relates to the materialsmanagement system, business processes are analyzed in detail, given the results of itssimplification, the right time with the final validation of the workflow model isreasonable.
