Pulse compression and moving target detection, which are widely used in the PD radars, are important parts of radar digital signal processing. In this paper, those two technologies are analyzed combined with research work the author is involved in.First, linear frequency-modulated (LFM) signal is introduced, and its side-lobe suppression and the impact of Doppler frequency for output of the pulse compression with it are analyzed. Second, two-type design methods and pulse compression of nonlinear frequency-modulated signal are observed. Third, moving target indication (MTI), adaptive clutter rejection filter group design and moving target detection (MTD) are observed, highlighting the design method of MTD filter group and its side-lobe suppression, given the corresponding simulation results. In the project implementation, the paper describes the radar signal processor hardware platform, signal processing system design, puts emphasis on object detection module program design and analyzes the problems encountered in the testing. |
