In generation of motion-blurred images, in order to stay the same with the window's size, the blurred images will be re-positioned and cropped, which may make the information of the blurred images is incomplete thus leading to periodic waves appear with in failing restorations. The way of re-position and cropping of the blurred images which are produced by Photoshop is discussed in this paper, and the reason that why periodic waves always appear with in failing restorations is explained.Firstly, a way of signal segmentation is stated, which divides one signal into multiple sub-signals with the same interval, then aligns these sub-signals, makes use of the mean of these sub-signals'corresponding points to make up of a new sequence. Then the fluctuation of this sequence which comes out of the stochastic signal or image signal is discussed. And an analysis is made to find the influence factors, after that makes use of the sequence which comes out of the signal by the superposition of image signal and periodic signal to approximate the periodic signal, thus the image signal and the periodic signal are separated to some extent. In addition, the conditions for signal separation are discussed. Finally, this separation method are applied to remove the periodic waves which appear with in failing restorations, so then the window clipping effect in motion-blurred image restoration is reduced to some extent.
