The image blur caused by motion is a common problem in the generation and processing of the image. In this dissertation, we introduce the theory of the blurred image generated by motion, the algorithm of the image restoration based on traveling wave equation and the cause of the generating the noise in the restoration. We bring forward a method which is based on solving the linear equations to improve the restoration algorithm based on the traveling wave equation in order to diminish the noise which is generated in the restoration. Then, on basis of this, we implement the image restoration system based on Tina software package. The functions of this system include the implementation of the restoration of the blurred image which is generated by motion, the correct method of generating the blurred image which is used to be simulated, and image preprocessing etc.
