Design And Realization Of Financial Information System Based On The SOA

Financial information system is a kind of financial information service system which is established depending on reasonable inter-department cooperation and smooth information channel as well as by means of internet network and financial software. It is an information system specially used for collecting, storing, delivering and processing accounting data as well as outputting financial information. By a special set of methods owned by it, the system may give an overall continuous systematic quantitative description of operation activities and results of institutions and authority groups with respect to value. All financial activities are related with information. Purpose of collection of original receipts is to obtain accounting data which is used for generating financial information; purpose of setting account is to classify financial data; purpose of filling in accounting vouchers and registering account book is to transform financial data into financial information as well as deliver and store that information; purpose of examining account book and statement is to output financial information. All steps of financial activities are related and linked together, so that transformation process from financial data to financial information is realized.This system is developed based on that institutions enhance application of financial management, so it is a kind of financial activity facing to institutions.With respect to realization of technology, this system is developed with C# language and designed with client terminal/service terminal (C/S) application system frame. MVC mode is adopted at client terminal so that operation logic for complicated interface of customer is realized; plug type adopted between client terminal and service terminal is connected to SOA service bus so that respective communication is realized. By SOA technology, loosely coupled coarse-grained application elements can be distributed, deployed, configured and used through network as per needs. Service level is basis for SOA, which may be applied and transferred directly so that artificial dependence for exchanging between system and software agent can be controlled effectively. ORM technology is adopted between service level and database level so that object-oriented encapsulation of related database list is realized. Upon technology above, this paper brings forward design and realization activity of current financial system. Function of financial system is designed into two models, one of which is basis setting and the other of which is general account. Of these, basic setting provides general account control with basic operation data and general account completes total accounting operation. Basic setting model is responsible for maintaining necessary basic data required by operation of financial information system, including system parameters, subject currency, and exchange rate and account information. Upon that information, system may deal with general account management. General account management provides several functions including voucher record, voucher control, exchange rate adjustment by end, loss and gain brought forward, account transfer by end, reverse account transfer by end and book query and etc., in which voucher control is responsible for modifying, reviewing, reversely reviewing, double-reviewing, deleting, previewing, printing, writing-off and cancelling specified vouchers. Operation activities performed by financial persons are supported effectively by functions above. Upon that classification, this paper introduces model design scheme and database design scheme, and gives current development result figure.Currently, it has entered last phase of development. In view of current situation, SOA facing service system structure adopted by this system makes system service frame model and interface model exchanged through service interface and loosely couple realized so that the system is with good extension capability. Client terminal developed with MVC model has very high flexibility. The product is also with high stability and reliability, so that it has good practical value.
