| This paper mainly discuss development and designation of information system of education and administration at graduate college in Chang Chun University of Technology. The information system of education and administration is an important part in the project of education and administration. This paper will construct various functional, data drived and content based system and conveniently revise this system in order to meet practical need.Graduate education is treated as an important remark in a nation's education and level of science development. Recently, higher education in our country has developed rapidly. The students' number college scale ,even fund participation all create historical record. Wide recruitment becomes the hottest topic in our society. With the wide recruitment of undergraduates, wide recruitment of graduates become more serious. The purpose of wide recruitment of undergraduates is to foster more high technical talents in order to provide the solid talents protection for our social economy development .In a long time, due to several reasons, lacking high technical talents is main difficulty for our economy development. Through the investment of several apartments of fostered graduates, the present condition of fostered graduates has mainly appeared several problems:(1) The sharp increase in the number of graduate students appear "super-normal growth" phenomenon; (2) type of complex post-graduate, entry mode, degree type, level division, teaching mode makes the post-graduate education management more difficult, because of the different types of graduate students culture in different ways the traditional post-graduate teaching will raise new challenges; (3) the increasing scarcity of teaching resources, rapid increase in the number of teaching resources, the disproportionate growth of the phenomenon is very obvious. Teachers have heavy workload. The hardware facilities lags far behind. Teaching results are poor and difficult to guarantee the quality of teaching; (4) It is undergraduate training mode and lack of personalized training. Graduate education is a high level of education. the majority of post-graduate management a greater emphasis on process management and management by objectives. On the surface, it is procedural, but in practice, relatively easy to form machinery management. It is easy to run. But it also has a great advantage to extend the capabilities of the system .2.
