With the quick development of city in China, the market of architecture is increasing gradually. What's more, it's suggested by country policy that the rooms which are below 90m2 in total squares should be over 70%. So it's a great opportunity for split air conditioner and other home central air conditioner.This thesis makes a detailed description of Hisense-Hitachi's R410A energy saving commercial split air conditioning control system. And some new techniques are used such as fuzzy control technique, centralized control technique, phase-detection technique and statistical analysis.This thesis detailedly discusses control system scheme design, communication protocol, control arithmetic, on/off components control, abnormity and alarm protection etc.,especially about PI and fuzzy control of electronic expansion valve.The main work and research results of the thesis are as follows:This thesis detailedly discusses the design of Central Air-Conditioning Control System, and the exploitation of outdoor and indoor controllers based on H8/3687. During the designs, we consider the product reliability predictably.Electronic expansion valve control is the technical problem. The cycle system is optimized and the ripples of pressure are get rid off with PI and fuzzy control technique. It has already been applied for patent.Different Centralize controllers are developed to fulfill different customers's requirements. And the vision of product is enhanced.Abnormity and alarm protection system is set up to avoid the product being damaged when errors occur. Especially new phase detection technique is exploited, and it has already been applied for patent too.R410A energy saving commercial split air conditioning control system has been used in many regions. It's shown that the control system is reasonable and reliable, the control arithmetic is advanced, and the effect of the energy saving control is obvious.
