| Fin tube is a kind of heat radiating device, which is aimed to increase the heatexchange efficiency by increased fin on brass surface to increase radiating area. Atpresent the domestic air conditioner manufacturers mainly use artificial pipe manner toproduce fin tube. Efficiency is low and field environment is bad. To solve this problemthe automatic production line is developed in which the two machines’ control system aredesigned on PLC and CANOPEN bus.The production line consist of two machines (main and auxiliary machine) and pressmachine that products fins in this project. The auxiliary machine arranges fins. The mainmachine tubes the brass into the arranged fins. The technological process of fin tube andthe mechanical structure of the two machines are analyzed in the paper.The control system is divided into two parts to design.Design of electrical control system is to complete the requirement analysis, plandesign, electrical principle charts and other engineering drawings. The main controlcircuits, control panels, electric cabinet layouts and the pneumatic system of the mainmachine are analyzed emphatically.Design of the PLC system is to determine the overall plan and to complete theselection of the key components firstly. And then the PLC systems of the two machinesare analyzed separately. The hardware structure of PLC systems, PLC input/outputcircuits, the PLC program structure and process are analyzed in this paper. Motor statealgorithm and PLC program are analyzed in detail. The design and programming ofmachine vision system are completed for the auxiliary machine. The interface of touchscreen in the two machines is analyzed in the end.The two machines are now being debugged in good condition in the field. |
