With the development of Chinese industry, the demand of steel plate is getting bigger and bigger. At present, the steel plate change gradually from the single board to the volume steel, Therefore the application of steel cutting product line is getting more and more common, also the velocity and precision is getting higher and higher.The traditional stopshear machine is not able to satisfy the modern production's request, what displaces is the flyingshear. The flyingshear have used in the steel product for several ten years as important equipment. The flyingshear can speed up the speed of product line, Increase the precision and efficiency.Synchronized cutting may divide into crosscutter and flyingshear according to the organization.Crosscutter'move and cut are the same equipment, it can get high speed,but the power is small.So the application mained in printing spinning and weaving Flyshear can get very big cutting power because the move and cut part separated.The application mained in thick material.It can expand the effectively type of steel, and the cutting efficiency is high.This article main study the drive control system of the steel cutting machine's move equipment.Come up with the control plan using the cam servo controller as the drive control.This servo driver link with PLC, HMI, the encoder, the limit switch, and the servo gearmotor which with high dynamic corresponding, the great torque output. This control system can great satisfy the controlrequest.,This system's precision is high, easy to operate. Contrast in the present main control plan this plan is simpler, highly effective, the cost is also lower.
