| With the development of the economy and society, the updating of knowledge is accelerated. The extent that our society is dependent on the information is unprecedented. Information has become active and crucial factors in all social fields. Tax managements system based on computer technology, widely collecting information, synthetically analyzing and dealing with tax affairs, are of great importance to the reform and development of tax management.With the development of tax collection information construction. some new problems occur correspondingly. First, because of the complexity and diversity of tax collection affairs and some historical reasons, many affair procedure systems which face different operations exist in the internal of the tax affair branch of government. Since efficient information integrity is lacked between each other, these systems are separated and single functional. Second, efficient method is lacked to analyze the large scale data which are accumulated by the tax affair branch, so the useful information is not available for the decision makers. Thus, it is very important to construct all application of tax collection management information system basing on the uniform and normative platform to cover all the function of tax affairs branches to achieve the efficient cooperated, information shared, rigorous supervised and controlled and safely operated effects.This paper describes the system development and implementation, from demand modeling, detailed design, component development, data access to the system deployment. Local tax and information management system of province conforms to the standard strictly carries out the standard code, data structure and other requirement of technology. In the paper, discussing the realization of data table and report, designing the data communication flows and testing system, based on distributing database and Web server solve the vital problems of the system. |
