The High Speed Rail Ticket Vending Machines Research Based On Ergonomics

In recent years,with the fleeting progress of high railway, the technology has reached advanced level. Not only an increasing number of passengers choose the high railway because of its speed comfort and so on, but also the local economy was stimulated by the development of the high railway. In future, the high railway is being and will be developed at full speed. At the same time, an excellent services system will also be established. TVM, the service terminal which is based on high technology and the demand of the passenger, is the symbol of the informatization and automation. TVM as an alternative will make the tickets selling more convenient. Comparing the popularity of the TVM aboard, it is still in development in China. Both functions and design should be improved a lot.This paper is to propose the rules of the TVM design depended on the study of the function in order to meet the requirement of the passenger and practicability for suppliers.This thesis is deviled into four parts:(1) To fix the feature on the analysis of the target users.(2) To analyse the construction in function-oriented and to guarantee the hardware and software will be in practice.(3) To focus on the measurement, shape,color, layout of the hardware under the ergonomic theory.(4) To clarify the application of the ergonomics theory in TVM design and to provide some suggestion on the product design for producers.This paper has studied on the TVM, which is grounded on the user analysis, and proposed the principle of the design,which may satisfy the need of the users.
