At present, the existing high-speed rail passenger station ticketing system (TicketRailway System)(referred to as the TRS system) integrates artificial window ticketing, onlinebooking, telephone booking functions, but because of votes in the library to focus on to theRailway Administration deposited when Railway Administration sudden failure of a centraldatabase or network failure, the station can only be issued by the alternative vote, or to guidethe passengers on the train, can easily cause the disorder. Totally dependent on daily ticketsales process and station ticket ticket system for fare calculation rules and issued by thealternative vote rule have been strange, when the sudden failure of the speed and quality ofalternative tickets issued can not be guaranteed, this will seriously affect the station ticketingand passenger organizations. Sudden failure, an emergency ticketing system to reduce theworkload of station operations personnel issued proxy votes, convenient station ticketingorganizations and passenger organizations, in order to meet the needs of passengers bookingin case of emergency, to improve the station case of emergency ticketing efficiency andpassenger convenience, and improve the quality of passenger service, high-speed railpassenger standing in the increasingly fierce competition in the transport industry morecompetitive.Ticketing needs in the above case of emergency, this paper focuses on how to develop afully functional, practical, emergency ticketing system can be realized on sale when the TRSsystem does not work properly due to sudden, the site has recently issued train No seatingtickets, sale of ordinary tickets, transit visas and scan the bar code or manually enter the refund and other business functions. This system is mainly research how to solve theemergency ticket data download, emergency ticketing, emergency refund, emergencyticketing checkout summary, emergency ticketing data to upload recovery networkingticketing, emergency ticketing data audit, emergency ticket window checkout function. Andmodule functions on the basis of the full study of high-speed rail passenger station ticketingsystem (TRS), combined with high-speed rail passenger station ticket operations, specialrequirements, in-depth to explore after the failure of the regional center vote libraries, stations,emergency ticketing function how to start, how to achieve window database of ticket vendingmachines and networking, database data synchronization, how dynamic and ticket databasedata exchange.Framework of this chapter: The first chapter introduces the research status of theresearch background and significance, ticket system and paper research and innovation;railway passenger ticket model to analyze the underlying theoretical knowledge; emergencyticket system to conduct research and design; emergency ticket system in Chapter IV; thefifth chapter of the thesis summarizes and further outlook for the third chapter.
