Research And Analysis On Class Information Management System Of Secondary Vocational School

It is very important for vocational schools to t mobilize each role in the class, and let them really engage on the class management. How can we make the campus network and the school website serve the daily class information management in our school, building a new network information management platform? For that reason we research and analyze the system. The article introduces the research background of the class information management system for vocational schools, its similar system research and its application status. In the busyness analysis, the article analyzes its organization structure, the business problems and its original business processes. It gives the reconstructive business process. In the functional analysis, the article definite the system function by role analysis and case analysis:the general case analysis and the sub-function case analysis. It includes nine sub-function cases:class management system, curriculum management, attendance management, score management, management of rewards and punishments, talking management, activity management, inquiry management and system management. In the meanwhile, the article definite the system function by analyzing and describing it with sub-function cases, giving its overall function package diagram and subroutine package diagram. In the data analysis, the article analyzes the functional data, giving its system concept class diagram and drawing thumbnail images for each sub-diagrams. The article analyzes the entity relationship, giving its entity relationship diagram. It sets up its database table. In the end the article sums up its main work and look forward to the next work.
