| Smith received the Nobel Prize for Economics in 2002 and it marked that Experimental Economics as an independent discipline has entered the ranks of mainstream Economics. Experimental Economics researches think the experimental methods and laboratory methods as important means of screening and remove unreasonable or unsatisfactory theories and perspectives. Experimental Economists can have in-depth insight into a number of principles of conduct and economic laws by studying the individual decision-making acts encouraged by the interests and currency in a simple laboratory conditions. Based on Experimental Economics and combined with professional features of Geography, this paper presents Experimental Economic Geography as a discussion topic.In the second chapter, we lead to the concept of the Experimental Economic Geography from Experimental Economic. Experimental Economic Geography is a Geography branch which analyzes the economic geography behavior of actors under controlled laboratory conditions. Then we study features of Experimental Economics Geography deeply from the basic elements of Experimental Economics Geography experiments, experimental design principles, experimental methods, experimental results analyzing. Next we discuss the specific expression of GIS technology in the field of Experimental Economics Geography. Finally we summarize the basic design steps of Experimental Economic Geography platform by theories of Experimental Economics Geography from various aspects.In the next two chapters, the paper designs an economic geography experiment about community public services based on theories above, does functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis for the experimental platform system, describes the related development technologies, server and development environment in detail which are needed by platform developing.In Chapter 5, the paper does the system design and system implementation for Experimental Economic Geography platform which is on the community public service. System designing mainly introduces the function modules, system architecture, database specific design. System implementation introduces the implementation of the system interface, database development and implementation of data access, the implementation of function module.In Chapter 6, the paper introduces the operation of the economic experiment on community public services. The experimental results are analyzed, which includes that people have different degree of attention to community transport, community education, community facilities at different age.The last chapter summarizes the methods and the results of this research, and also point out the disadvantages and improvement aspects in the research. |
