Facing the strike of the global economic crisis, most of the enterprises are intending to recollect resources, refine arrangement, reduce cost and increase the profit as much as possible; both of proposing applying sales-websites and making best use of ERP Systems would be two broad ways to help cooperation get through the difficulties. Meanwhile, it is a very worthy project to study that how to make a complement of sales-website and ERP Systems.The writer used the researching example of R.S. Cooperation with its client Motorola to set up a structure of integration of the sale-website of RS Co. and the ERP of Motorola. In this paper, basing on the basic principles of ERP Systems and the knowledge of B2B, I analyzed the relation of ERP Systems and the Electronic Commercial, came up with a suppose of integrate ERP Systems and the B2B sales-websites, and also talked about the relative knowledge of Web Service to support the possibility for two systems'integration. The analysis of disadvantages in the sale process of RS Co. as well as problems of purchasing process of Motorola Co. would put forward the new functional structure and work flow of such kind of integration of these two co-operations. In this article, I focused on the analysis and study of the structure of entity, the design of database, and the way to solve the differences of these two systems; and in the same time introduced the mode of logging on and how to make logical discount price. I also described the real possibility of this integration according to these two companies'case. The comparison between predictive cost and profit and actual ones also could identify the idea that the integration could simplify the sale-process and increase the sales meanwhile shorten the supply chain to get to the win-win result.The study of the integration case of RS Co. and Motorola Co. does prove the possibility and the validity of integrating client's ERP Systems to supplier's sale-websites. This makes the new integrating mode of Electronic commence systems and ERP Systems feasible, and promote the development of the whole Electronic Commence.
