Laser Projector System Based On LCOS And Image Uniformity Analysis And Adjustment

After shifting from black and white to colour display, from analogue to digital display, Display Technology is heading forward to the trend of high resolution and digitization.However, most of products in market can only cover 31.8% color gamut of human eyes recognition degree, which has become an obstacle of making further efforts on promoting the display quality.As a new generation of display technonlogy,Laser Display uses tricolor laser with high saturation as its lighting source and solves the formidable problem--color reproduction in big color range which has been disturbing people for a long term.And its color range can cover nearly 90% of human eyes color recognition degree,so that it can reproduce the natural color perfectly.Laser display technology pushs the expandation of the application area of projectors.And projectors start shifting their application area from professinal markets like education to emerging markets like family entertainment.Home theater which consists of laser projector gives people a brand new visual experience.The main work of this thesis includes:Technical principles introduction of Laser projector based on 3 pieces LCOS projecting used for Color-separation and Color-recombination system;Be aimed at research and analysis of one important evaluation about projectors--screen uniform;Design the grafic user interface with C# core program in order to make it convinience for workers to adjust the uniform of collected images;Introduction of ways for conmmunication between PC and LCOS drive board at the end of this thesis. The implemented experiments proved that adjusted image quality had meeted the expected requirements.
