| The laser projection display is a master of the laser display areas, with the advantages of high contrast, high brightness and a larger color space. Its core is divided into two departments:the optical engine, circuits control system. In this paper, the laser projection electromechanical road control system research and design, mainly for the following four parts:1,A front-end signal processing circuitry:analysis of the current mainstream front-end signal interface types and their circuit characteristics, the proposed front-end decoder circuit design. And electromagnetic compatibility and electrostatic protection appropriate protective measures. Combined with the central processing module required interface mode, and interface design for lower-level output.2,The central processing module:the central module to complete pre-input front-end decoder, the corresponding sensor control and data acquisition and processing, combined with the sensor input data to complete the image processing signal for the back-end micro-display circuit, and afterdrive and control of the laser.3,Microdisplay circuit modules:through the analysis of the more common micro-display projection (LCOS, DLP and2D MEMS), and their advantages and disadvantages, choose DLP optical engine, and design appropriate signal processing and drive circuitry, with the signal of lasers.4,The laser power-driven:by analyzing the laser circuit characteristics, this paper presents a laser driver circuit design, combined with the front-end signal input to achieve control of the laser.This article is based on the work of the State Key863Project "of1000lumens of laser high-definition projector industrialization of key technologies and Hisense national key laboratory project" intelligent projector "in-depth study. |
