On this basis, starting from the overall design of the system, introduce logic system architecture and network topology design, then we have a modular design, and for each subsystem, function, structure, function realization process were designed. The physical database table structure of the system is designed based on Server2010 SQL. Finally, the system is developed based on the.NET platform, and the software testing method is used to test and improve the system.For the research of this paper is Qinghai Haidong Industrial Park, government departments, the design can meet the needs of user information management, and can also norm to government departments in the purchasing management, management efficiency, and news propaganda process, the realization of the paperless office and standardization office, the whole system using B / S mode, convenient for later system maintenance work, also can reflect the real value in the operation of the practice.
