| With the development of pipeline industry and increasing workload of welding, meanwhile, the demand to control the quality,efficiency,cost of welding is increasing therefore, it is far more necessary to develop automatic welding equipments which can be used at field so as to improve the quality and efficiency of pipeline welding.A kind of All-position automatic welding system based on expert system is researched in both ways of mechanical construction and controlling system in this paper. The communication between up-controller and down-controller and the controlling of down-controller to two DC servo motors is realized. Establish data of welding parameters and design HCI by studying and analyzing expert system. To inquire and refresh data by HCI in order to work out parameters essential to welding.Control system is the core of welding system. Through the deep study on All-position automatic welding system to analysis and vertificate designing program. Apply C8051F020 SCM as the control chip, design reset,crystal,power interface,motor control interface and designing software wave modulation serial communication LCD display. The control system not only is able to control welding rapidly,precisely and reliably but also modify welding parameters, simple operation and low cost. In designing hardware serial communication use 16C550 communicatin interface controller and reduce the time for MCU to communicate with peripheral circuit, meanwhile, decrease the amount of equipment to communicate, thus improve the solidity of the system. The drive circuit of PWM use H circuit that make circuit own bipolarity and the corotation and rollback of motor can be realized. The 74HC573 is used as the interface of output signal in the circuit of SCM connect with power interface and using the ability of output latch of 74HC573 to meet the demanded time for power to start signal.The system can be operated simply and run reliably and can complete pipeline welding with high quality and efficiency. |
