At the technique of pipeline welding construction, all-position automatic welding technique, depending on its advantages of great efficiency and high quality, has been the direction of modern welding technique developing. So research on the technique of all-position automatic welding control is of academic, engineering and economy significance.This paper has offered a kind of design project, which is used in the structure and control of a new all-position automatic welding machine, and has carefully studied its automatic welding system. At this thesis, the author gives a detailed design project for all-position automatic welding control system and puts it on theory analysis and practice verification. The control system not only has the behaviors of speediness, precision and multifunction, but also has great ratio of performance to price. At this design, it has been actualized that software and hardware have been debugged successfully to the functions of adjusting speed and displaying, which the system demand. Moreover, it is successfully used in locale. By the work done in the paper, it gives a new reference to the development and application of SCM in the field of welding control.The hardware kernel of automatic welding control system uses the solution of 80C196MC+PSD813. The serial port communication uses 16C550. It has studied and designed kinds of basic control circuits, such as A/D and D/A interface, motor power drive interface and switch signal input interface, etc. It has analyzed their working principle and process. It is successfully used in system.Finally the paper has made a discussion about the principle of EMI, and has given in some efficient anti-jamming measures aiming at welding system.
