Welding as an important part in advanced manufacturing technology, in national economic development and nation-building play an important role. Outstanding achievements of welding technology in the aerospace, nuclear energy, shipbuilding, electric power, electronics, offshore drilling, high-rise construction has been widely applied. With the development of technology, domestic and foreign technology and equipment in the automatic welding intelligence aspects of NC has made rapid development and improvement. Makes the welding quality and welding speed has been significantly improved and enhanced.The subject uses the gas welding technology, and is combined with a steel enterprise welding electrode construction projects, on the basis of firstly determining process parameter of welding electrode, develops an advanced computer control system of the fuzzy control function based on PLC controller. The whole system adopts two grades control systems, including the superior computer and the inferior computer.The superior computer adopts human machine interface, the software adopts the superior configuration software of SIEMENS Corporation—SIMATIC WinCC flexible PC Configuration software, enabling the electrode welding process monitoring, real-time monitor the operation of all data and alarm information Interest rates;The inferior computer adopts S7-200series PLC of SIEMENS Corporation, the software on the controller use STEP7MicroWIN programming, taking charge welding electrode production process responsible for all control action. The entire control system network data transmission through the modbus communication, human machine interface and PLC system using the PPI communication for data transfer.This control method of automatic welding electrodes are discussed, the quality of welding on the effects of various factors were analyzed, using the welding process, through the position control servo motor to adjust the welding torch head and the distance between the workpiece,ensure a constant welding current control scheme.Meanwhile,for the welding process is a multivariable, nonlinear and strong coupling, a strong time-varying and random system disturbance,and can not determine the precise mathematical model,this paper using the traditional PID control based on the combination of welding production the actual situation, the PID control with fuzzy control algorithm in the application of the electrode in the welding control system was discussed, and a relatively good simulation results,used in actual production for the next step and lay a solid foundation.
