With the increasingly rapid development of network technology, Internet technology has been introduced into the traditional industrial areas. It has gradually become an important development direction and research hotspot to design and develop a remote intelligent monitoring system which is web-based, efficient, reliable, easy to maintain to achieve real-time monitoring and real-time data processing.An intelligent greenhouse remote-login system has been discussed in this paper, based on the project of control system about intelligent greenhouse. The control terminal of this system is PLC, which is used to collect data and control information. It is transmitted in the network through the Web server. Taking advantage of the Internet, users can view the status of equipments, the environmental data of greenhouse,and control the equipments of greenhouse remotely through a browser.Firstly, the status quo development trend of Intelligent Greenhouse and trends of remote control technology in intelligent greenhouse are researched. Then, research background, significance and content of this issue are summarized. Secondly, the key technologies used by the system are simply introduced. A new type of framework—B/S (browser/server) architecture is used to build a background database management system. This system achieves a presentation layer, business process layer and data persistence layer, combined with SSH (Struts+Spring+Hibernate) frame structure, and it can comprehensively manage the data generated in greenhouse’s productive process. Furthermore, the system also has a remote camera monitoring capability. The client is embedded in Web pages in the form of ActiveX controls, and the server sends the video data captured by scene camera to client in the form of streaming media after it is encoded. The client decodes the video data that received from server and display them.In this thesis, ActiveX control that contains the remote video monitoring module of intelligent greenhouse is developed by VC++6.0, and Web pages are made by JSP, and the main program is developed by Java and Javascript. In addition, AJAX, a partial rendering technology is brought into the system to improve the real-time features of the data.Through the research and design of the Web-based remote login service system of intelligent greenhouse, on one hand, the problems encountered in intelligent greenhouse’s remote monitoring system are explored; On the other hand, this system is helps for other remote monitoring systems that has the similar nature.
