Network Control In The Copper Automated Packaging Lines In The Applied Research

Network control system is a kind of whole distributed, networked real-time feedback control systems, it synthesizes industrial automatic control and communication network, etc. Network control system embodies the development trend,that is, networking, integration, distribution and intelligence of node, of the networked control systems. With its internationalization, open, high flexibility, high reliability, etc, network control syste is widely used in process automation, manufacturing automation, building automation field.In network control systems,PROFIBUS is one of the most used fiedbus. Based on the the Petri nets structure model,we analyse real-time and reliability of PROFIBUS in this paper,and set up the Simulation and modell of network control system,taking advantage of MATLAB and TRUETIME, and make out the influence of the packet loss rate, network delay and the network load on the system performance from the detailed analysis.This paper is based on PROFIBUS fieldbus,it combined with Siemens PLC, building copper automatic packaging production line control network,and developing the automatic packaging production line control system of copper.In the paper,we design the program of the network control system from the process and requirements of copper automated packaging line, applications of PROFIBUS bus in the packaging line, on-site testing of control components and implementing agencies of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and the control of the composition of the network control system, and monitoring interface in detail against the system's network configuration, hardware configuration.The hardware and software of the control system designed to meet the specifications and production requirements. The system is stable, reliable and easy to operate, and this effectively improve the enterprise's production efficiency. The design idea has a certain reference value,can be extended to other board packaging industry.
