Since 21th century, globalization accelerates the formation of the collaborative manufacturing,which features with agile manufacturing and bases on the industry chains as well as industrial clusters.In this industiral model,modern manufacturing services is more and more highlighted for special attention. It is significative for modern manufacturing service to research a network collaborative manufacturing integration service platform across different departments, fields and space. Under considering the demands of the State Key Technology Program and Jingwei Textile Machinery Co., Ltd., this report researched information integration and business collaboration methods with service oriented architecture(SOA) and BPEL-based business process orchestration and management techniques, the main contents contain four aspects as following.(1)About integration technology, a synthesized integration solution based on SOA is presented for cross-domain collaborative manufacturing integrated service platform, which is consist of enterprise service bus(ESB), web tier and data tier. ESB's function was designed in detailed and a business solution for building ESB is advised. Meanwhile, some key technoloy, such as choice of service granularity, service interface specification, web service design and legacy system encapsulation, were discussed.(2)About business process, the orchestration of business process and composition of web services were implemented with BPEL on cross-enterprise. And modeling and management of BPEL flow were finished with JDeveloper and Oracle BPEL process manager.(3)About web services admintration, a service management platform is developed. With UDDI 2.0 specification and WSDL4J/JUDDI/UDDI4J technology, category, register, discovery, test and management of web service component were implemented. Besides, this platform can manage business entity and service providers as well.(4)About collaboration in manufacturing, a complete set of equipment integration services platform for collaborative manufacturing was developed. The platform group companies as the core, will make a concerted partners, distributors, logistics compan-ies and customers in a unified information platform to achieve the manufacturing process of information exchange.In this service platform, existing data in enterprise were encapsulated into web services, and business process and human interaction were implemented with BPEL.Finally, the work in this paper was summarized and the further research problems were indicated.
