With stable quality, simple maintenance, safe and No hidden danger characteristics, Jam-Packed connection technology has been widely used in the pipeline system.At the same time, Jam-Packed testing plays an important role in pipeline engineering, testing results are directly bound up with the safe operation of pipeline systems.Based on the Jam-Packed testing requirements, a set of testing system is designed. The system consists of hardware and software. On the side of hardware, eight-point dynamometer's development and design are introduced mainly, according to the eight-point dynamometer's design requirements, giving its structural design, calculating and analysing the reliability of its structure; it builds the system's measurement platform with the WS-3811-J12/J24 static strain collection instrument and computer together. Eight-point dynamometer detects the measured signal by strain gauges, which pastes the deformed beam. Then through the static strain sensor, the signal is amplified, filtered and A/D conversed. Static strain sensor communicates with and computer by the RJ-45 ethernet port, transferring the data to the computer via TCP/IP protocol. Controlling software is developed by MFC based on the Visual C++ 6.0 environment. Procedure uses document/view architecture, which separates the backstage data management from the downstage user interaction, it is facilitated greatly to the development of the program.The relevant content of the data acquisition system and development of Jam-Packed connection technology first be introduced. Then the overall design of this system is describesd, including system functions, the overall structure and the related technologies and tools used in the system. Then the various components in hardware platform are introduced, which highlights the development process of eight-point dynamometer. Then from software development tools, development models, the overall software process, the key technical analysis in software development, data collection, transmission, processing modules and so on, the system software development is introduced, and some of the key code is also given. Software achieves the system's data acquisition, processing, storage, display, print and other functions. Computer controls the system's overall operation by the self-developed software. Next, the system's overall function is tested; including the hardware testing, software testing and the communications test of the various components in system platforms, the important settings and configuration on the system are described. In order to ensure accurate test results, effective measures have been taken about the factors that affect test results. Finally, the overall work of full text was summarized, and prospect about the testing system is given.
