This paper studies the nonlinear model of the unit to improve the coordination of modeling and control strategy. According to the characteristics of thermal power unit, an integral part of the power unit carried out a reasonable simplification, the use of on-site actual operation data, the model of dynamic and static parameters of the recognition, for the milling system, reduced to a first-order inertia link plus time delay for contains a pure delay system, using recursive estimation algorithm, for pure delay time for a more accurate identification. The eventual establishment of large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler power unit non-linear mathematical model. Yunnan large-scale circulating fluidized bed boiler coal quality variation in the current due to the impact of grid units participating in AGC in the process of coordination and control system can not properly input. In response to these problems in actual operation, this article using DCS control software MAXDNA as a simulation tool to study the improved coordination and control system to meet the actual need of AGC in the power grid.
