The technique of Multi-Agent has been developed fast in recent years.The effective integration of distributed and heterogeneous application sub system can be implemented by using the technique of Multi-Agent. In this way, information and function can be shared and Agents can coordinate each other. Coupling relationship among Agents is loose. These Agents are independent of others and act automatically. There existing protocols that every Agent complies to. Agents finish the task by coordination and cooperation. The development of theory and technique of Multi-Agent provides a new way to construct an open and integrated system for enterprise.According to requirement that Oilfield development document material existing in a oilfield oil extraction mine should be processed digitally and managed based on information, requirement analysis and intrasite investigation has been finished. Subsequently, Oilfield development document material management platform model based on Agent has been proposed. The present platform can be described in formula as: platform equals to middleware and business component. By using the thought of technique of middleware and Agent, the concept of platform in thesis can be defined as: platform equals to middleware based on Agent and Agent. Oilfield development document material management platform based on Agent has been designed on the basis of this thinking. According to requirement and the feature of application that Oilfield development document material existing in a certain oilfield oil extraction mine should be processed digitally and managed based on information, Agent-oriented Middleware Model (AMOP) has been proposed. And application of Oilfield development document material is constructed on the basis of this model. By using the management platform, information of Oilfield development document material distributed on heterogeneous database can be normalized, in addition, Oilfield development document material of this factory can be processed digitally as well, and application software Agent working on the material can be maintained and managed effectively and dynamically. Other application of Oilfield development document on the basis of the platform will be open and has the ability to extend function of system.
