In the industry, boiler is an important power unit for industrial production and people's lives to provide the required energy, but also through the steam power plant the heat energy is converted to mechanical energy, or by generating the mechanical energy into electrical energy. With the rapid development of modern industry, higher and higher degree of automation, while also increasing energy efficiency requirements, this paper simulation object SMPT-1000 water vapor heat the whole process is proposed based on predictive functional control and coordination control as the overall control scheme, improving control of large Delay effect and improving the system response to change load speed. Advanced control strategies in research and application of some results achieved.Boilers that contain many variables, multi-loop, multi-coupling of are complex systems. For nonlinearity and large delay of the boiler main steam pressure, predictive functional control was adopted as the master controller, but the traditional predictive functional control used first-order plus delay object as a prediction model, object properties can not be fully characterized. In this paper the traditional method has been improved, second-order plus pure delay model are used as a forecasting model, the generalized Fibonacci sequence was carried out to solve the controller's output, the simulation and system testing Experiments showed that the algorithm has good control effect.The dosage of furnace vapor lied on requirment of evaporator, furnace and evaporator are treated as entirety to satify the desirment for load change, and keep the main paremeters in reasonable scope especially the main vapor pressure. The boilers linked evaporator from the control as a whole object, the establishment of main steam pressure evaporator with oil concentration model was built to design coordinate controller which would make a timely response to system load changes.New substitute multiple functional process system which includes integrated flow of vapor and heat ernergy is adopted as controlled obejct, the control system has been designed based Siemens PCS7 system. The soft and hardware terrace were introduced, the integrated net framework of control system has also been given and hardware and net have been matched. The conrol strategy has been finally implemented, the basic control system,sequential Control,safe control system and so on have been finished with CFC,SFC,SCL; The monitoring system have been achieved by congiguration software Wincc, archive system and alarm system have been also deployed to realize real time control and adjust for integrated flow fo vapor and heat ernergy which included monitoring and managing ability. The result shows there are good applictions to statisfy technics requirment and high economic benefit.
