In order to reduce economic losses causes by impact and vibration, the study to container bundle controls calls more and more attention. On the other hand, with development of the automobile industry and electronic technology, auto electronic technology has considerable development and extensive application. Chosen the auto electronic technology, achieve the effectively bundle control to container, that has important practical significance.This paper compared several vehicle-mounted bundle control technology, design vehicle-mounted device bound control system which based on embedded system and field bus technology. Major work have the following aspects:Firstly compared the feature like application range and bus communication speed among some different bus which used in vehicles electronic technology. after comparison chosen the CAN bus as the communication bus for vehicle-mounted bundle device control system. Starting from the generation and development of CAN bus, introduce with the technical specifications, the network model, the data format, the error handling mechanism of CAN bus in detail.Then designed the overall structure of the vehicle-mounted bundle device control system and chosen hardware for the system. Selected LPC2119-ARM as the core component for the upper computer, selected PIC18F458 as the core component for the hypogenous microcomputer. Based on modularization designed the hardware and communication circuit for the system, and bring anti-interference measure, in order to reduce interference generation and dissemination, make sure the system can work stable and reliable.Then paper finished the software program design work. As upper computer, transplant the embedded Linux system, add some related hardware driver, design the touch screen as display interface and control interface; as hypogenous microcomputer, write subprogram for drive bundled motor and subprogram for tensile force detection under the interrupt. Based on CAN bus, write CAN communication program between upper computer and hypogenous microcomputers.Finally, the paper did simulation experiment for vehicle-mounted bundle device control system and gave hardware and software anti-interference measure. Introduce hardware anti-interference technology from suppression Interference source and others sides; design software anti-interference technology from watchdog and others sides. Ensure the system CAN return to normal working condition ASAP while suffering Interference. |
