Frictional tester is one of the basic instruments, which is used to test brake apparatus and brakes performances. In order to detect zhe performance index of friction material well and truly, those measurement and control systems of traditional testing machines can't meet testing demands of user, so it is urgent that the new generation of measurement and control system for the testing machine goes forward on the way of digitization, intelligentization and integration. According to comprehensive analysis of similar technology now home and abroad, the main task of the thesis is to develop a set of new type distributed measurement and control system for the electronic universal testing machine based on DSP microprocessor after adopting advanced detection technique and control technology of testing machine.The distributed measurement and control system uses industrial computer as upper computer, with responsibility for operating command sending, curve protract, chart printing and so on; The lower computer uses DSP microprocessor (TMS320F2812), have function of data capture and processing for testing machine, asynchronous machine electric inertia control and actuator switching value's control etc. It uses CAN bus/RS485 communication between microprocessor and PC for data exchange between the software and hardware modules. So the steadily and anti-jamming of system is greatly upgrade.The thesis of electric inertia technology is to reduce flywheel inertia, utilize a certain technology to compensate original drive system appropriately, so as to the new system have the same damping-effect with original system. On the research of AC vector control and space vector pulse width modulation, through changing electric current loop of decouping moment current heft by rule can realize electric inertia system theoretically.As the defect of traditional PID regulator for frictional tester control system, the thesis adopt frictional tester system control strategy based on the single neuron adaptive PID controller and change electric inertia system by this control strategy. At last we did the control method simulation of electric inertia systemic model and trial, it has shown good control performance. It indicates the feasibility of control method for electric inertia simulation system.
