It surrounds the core enterprise's application requirements, and spreads its resource management to its partners', to achieve products'collaborative development, production, supply, design and so on.Based on the collaborative commerce platform, the thesis mainly studies the negotiation mechanism. It contains initial proposal mechanism and proposal-anti-proposal mechanism. It obtains reference data by case-based reasoning technique. And considering the difference between current environment and historical environment, adopt market factor to amend the data to get initial proposal. Moreover, the paper uses multi-attribute utility function to evaluate proposals. In proposal generating stage, the paper studies the implementation of a variety of strategies, including time strategy, resource strategy, opponent's behavior strategies, as well as comprehensive strategy. In terms of integrated strategy, it adjusts negotiator's strategy dynamically by the weight with time parameter. Finally, according to the project's research objectives and requirement characteristics of demonstration enterprise, apply.NET technology, design and develop the negotiation system based on collaborative commerce platform, to support the core enterprise and its partners'online interact.
