China television media industry embarked on a path of Industrialization under pressure from all sides after joining the WTO, In a speech by the market, "brand" grafted onto the term "TV channel" is logical. "Brand age" will give the TV the traces of the times. However, no matter how the purpose of the channel section is changing, there is one thing constant, Regional Culture in a television channel construction plays a role of immeasurable.Regional culture is the soul and foundation of local television, and also the source of television Specialization. This is the cause of this subject study.Nowadays, it is a reality that interdisciplinary interpenetration, mutual influence each other. Theoretical research of Brand and the development of social science theory make the brand research derive many new topics,Useing and learning the theoretical knowledge of relevant Subject to disciplines multi-angle, multi-level exploration is the best way of this Research. In fact,Looking at the situation of China's television programs, there has been a considerable number of works which make a positive effect in the spread of the region culture. In revealing the nature and characteristics of the culture,it is more vivid and sophisticated than other forms of media. Many scholars have been aware of the significance of interdisciplinary research,they discussed and issued a unique insight on the above issues From different angles. However, due to the different starting point and different focus,there has some parts they did not reach in their study.This Papers pay Attention on the trend of Localization propagate.Proposed that Localization is an explore between region culture and television channel brand construction and it also bearing the local resources. Specialization and localization is the direction of television brand construction. Firstly, the thesis elaborated the relation between region culture and TV program as well as mutual function and influence between them,namely the region culture rich each TV program,and the television shows the development of the region culture.Then, the thesis further related the concept and siginificance of the television brand construction which about the television brand construction must based on the principle and methods of TV media operation.After that,this thesis takes the Zhejiang Satellite Television Station as an example, introduced the ZheJiang culture and analyzed the leading effect caused by region culture in Zhejiang Satellite Television Station's developing. This thesis described the channel ideas,location and identity element of Zhejiang Satellite Television Station in detail, including Logo, standard color,standard fonts, progaganda, comperes and classic programs and briefly summarized the Relation between region culture and television brand construction at the last paragraph of the thesis.There are many cause affected the construction of television brand. The thesis only studies on the relations between television brand and region culture. It absorbed the academic production of Art Design, Management, Communication, Culture, Linguistics and etc. The television brand is analyzed from the region culture based on the affluent material. The thesis researched the general law of television brand by using the basic principle of brand and production's development. Studies on the subject about the television brand construction must based on the region culture, trying to find out the best way of how to win the competition in television brand construction.It was doomed to failure to compete in an all-round way when the local television faced a strong competitor. Clausewitz who wrote the On War once said, every war is relating to the principle of force. If it couldn't have the absolute advantage, it should make the position cramp enough to have the relative advantage. The strategy of local television's development is to expand to all the country or other area, developing to the specialized channel or synthesized channel.
