In the meantime, the teacher not only provides The distribution of scores of type and teaching requirement, but also provides the distribution of scores of difficulty according to the number of the student's testing. In online testing module, the students can test independently, the teacher can Organize the final exam.This paper expounds design and implementation of online testing in the Network Education Platform. Firstly, I design database. Secondly, generate test paper with Genetic algorithm(GA). And, considering speed and low effective rate of traditional algorithm, and low-quality of test paper. This paper adopt the genetic algorithms, this algorithm resolve the problems such as the over-long coding, the difficulty of calculating the adaptability function and repeat of the knowledge point in the same paper. When the student selects some chapter to test, this module will generate the test paper with GA according to the distribution of scores of type, teaching requirement and difficulty that the teacher has provided, the student answers. To assess the student's study, the database will save the answer. When the teacher organizes the test, the teacher can provide the new distribution of scores of type, teaching requirement and difficulty, and the module will generate test paper according to these request. After the test, the teacher can evaluate the question, quiz and the students according the student's grade.The online testing module of this paper is an important module in Network Education Platform, this module can generate high quality of test paper, and plays a very important role in checking academic performance and teaching effect.
