| Thanks to the support of network technology and the relatively open and free environment that the network provides, pictures in network news present a colorful world to internet users. Pictures in network news images are rich in color, varied in form, numerous in quantity, and fast in transmit. Picture forms in news include photos, videos, television images, news flashes and other image forms to complement each other. Internet is a world full of pictures and articles, and it is also a combination of video and audio materials. So the age of Internet is an age that enables every individual to spread news and images through Internet.However, many problems occur in network picture-spreading, such as false, vulgar pictures, or pictures that infringe privacy. These problems have existed in traditional media, but they seem much severer in internet. And they become more and more serious everyday with the development of internet. They affected the efficiency and effect of network news spreading, and affected the development of network media, as well as internet users'life. This paper comes up a definition and characteristics of news image dissemination, summarizes the manifestation and aftereffect of these problems of transmitting false, vulgar pictures and the infringement, and analyzes the causes of these problems. At last this paper combines experiences abroad, and tries to give out a solution for these issues above.This paper adopts the method of asking questions, analyzing problems, and solving problems to give a comprehensive review of problems in the spreading of network news images with the methodology of theoretical interpretation, evidence analysis, classification, and comparison, and puts forward a comparatively systematic and scientific method to prevent and control of these problems. Taking the first step, I hope that this paper will arouse more attention in the academic area to this problem, making further efforts on probing into this issue. |
