As we know various kinds of Internet news transmission has become a matter of common occurrence nowadays. It spreads widely and has become an obvious social problem. The loopholes in the protection of the rights of personal reputation, privacy and portraits should be pointed out and the relevant law and regulations in this area should be made and some measures should be adopted to cope with the challenges.Due to the characteristics of Internet, news transmission infringement is easy to happen. And the reasons discovered by the author could be views on the value of news, the diversification of the subjects of Internet newstransmission, the poor effect of the Internet news transmission management, the rapid development of the internet and the sluggish development of legislation in this area.The basic measures against the infringement Internet news transmission could be: the enhancement of both the legislative and moral construction, further exploration on how to prevent the infringement and regulate Internet news transmission should be made . Base on the frameworks of self-disciplinary and the heteronomy methods, and considering from the perspectives of the occupation, organization, profession and regulation of journalists, the author strives to bring out some countermeasures to prevent the infringement and regulation of Internet news transmission, particularly in the field of regulation.
