| The internet offers a great convenience to people’s information exchange, it also played a positive role in promoting the reflection of the views of the community, the expression of the public demands, the formation of social supervision. The network is developing and coming out with new features every single day, which also accompanied by a lot of problems. Due to the different quality of internet users and their ways of expression, the free and random spread of all kinds of information itself may cause serious social impact, even infringe the interests of individuals and the nation, and threaten social stability. Among all the bad behaviors, the false news on the internet has the greatest impact, which is also recognized as a malignant tumor of the whole society. In order to make a better use of the network media for the public, and to make it play a more active role in the development of a harmonious society, we must completely eradicate the false news on the network.Therefore, to strengthen the management and guidance for the internet news dissemination is the most important task of today’s media management. Government today has recognized the need to "construct, use, and manage" the internet. This thesis clarified the international advanced experience and lessons learned, analysis of the nature and hazards of the false news on the internet, and at last, raised a lot of practical recommendations. In the discusses, the article refers to the recent cases of the false news on the internet, and interprets several new management methods of the network information, such as network gatekeepers, a spokesman for the network news, opinion leaders, and makes accurate analysis and objective assessment of its problems in current implementation, in order to make implications for guiding practice. |
