Today in the social transformation, continuously push forward the political civilization, public sphere plays an increasingly important role. The construction of the public sphere plays a proper role in our social development, economic prosperity and political stability. The public Intellectuals are definitely a major force in the construction of the public sphere. Use their professional, independent and public nature of the advantages of the construction of the public sphere in China has played an important force.
