The system of employment management in Shandong University is based on the facts that the employment management in Shandong University and the jobs managed by the employers. The situation that employment of the university graduates in the whole country is becoming more and more serious day by day. And modern technology is being applied to this system. Constructions of the convenient and effective information management system though network technology and database technology is to manage graduates' information better, to keep the information about the employers, to make the communications between students and employers by internet and analyses the data of the employments in any courses.In this essay, facing to objects,using Uml as the way of analysis and design, business during the employment management process is demand-analyzed and system-designed.Converting to the demands of graduates, employers, college managers and central managers and their features,it uses B/S and C/S two models in form,uses multi-level software features in function,based on the Struts +Spring framework of the MVC foundation and the UIMS User Interface Management System Architecture in technology. It uses XML configuration and data persistence and other related technologies based on the Java program language in order to make the Shandong University Graduate Employment Management and the generation of the students information during the process of management of employers realized. Moreover, the information management of employers, the announcement of employment information, the management of large-scale supply and demand meetings and Web-based interactive platform for students and employers also can be made true. In the safety aspect, the system uses the rights management based on RBAC, which enhance the safety of system operation.Crucial problems are solved in these following aspects:1. The generation of the Student biogenic Information Base is the core of this system, which has the advantages of simple demand operations, fast reaction and process controlled. To overcome the traditional shortcomings of the system process control difficult, this paper introduces workflow engine information base for students, and new students generated by each node for effective control.2. It establishes a multi-channel interaction platform in order to make it convenient for the communications between students and employers that students can go to the companies faster and easier and employers can find demanding talents better and improve the rate of school employment.3. Recruitment Information Management and Large-scale supply and demand meetings are the most vital mode in this system. It uses the Release Search Engine,which can improve the announcement of all kinds of information and also can do well to the research for the students'information.Design and Implementation of Shandong University Employment Management Information System improves the efficiency of gathering information for any colleges, maintains the Student Employment Status more exactly and more conveniently, and solves the disadvantages that traditional system does not promote interaction of students and employers and enhance the timeliness of recruitment information release. It can also bring students in Shandong University more better chances of employment and thus can make the rate of employment high.
