Grain Monitoring Data Wireless Transceiver System Design

Food security issues associate with social stability and economic integrated development in China in the new period. Food storage is an important measure to solve the problem. It must makes sure that the manage center of granary can get all of the parameters of grain instantly when they are gathered. If there were abnormal in data, some measures would be taken to avoid food deteriorating. Thus, it can reach an aim at loss reduction during food storing. Grain monitoring system came with the tide of fashion. Thanks to the improvement of measuring technology and the emergence of sensor networks, the grain monitoring system had been brought into wireless era from the original form the artificial one. What's more, the evolution of wireless communications technology has injected new vitality to the monitoring system.This thesis designed the wireless transceiver system of grain monitoring data according to granary monitoring requirement. The wireless transceiver system of grain monitoring data is the network which is composed of wireless data transceiver module.According to detail utilization requirement of granary, the design of wireless transceiver system of grain monitoring data is introduced. The main research contents are as follows:the schematic design of hardware of wireless transceiver module; software design and realization; study of the protocol of wireless transceiver module network. Firstly, the schematic design of power supply circuit, controlling circuit and RF circuit are described in hardware design procedure. To complete the software design, then the hardware initialization program, data communication program, interrupt service program, module work controlling program were compiled in assemble language. Finally, associating with the wireless communication protocol which was popular nowadays, the network protocol which was suitable for grain monitoring data transceiver network is discussed.
