Design And Realization Of Localization Document Management Software Based On Starflow

With the continuing development of information industrialization, in the early time the office system of imitating artificial operational process has been out of the arena of history. The post OA times has come. It combines the workflow technology and the office automation, realizing high reusability and maintenance of the system development. Most importantly, it improves the efficiency and internal management for enterprises and government departments.According to the localization of demand of "China's Golden Auditing Project", this subject proposes and designs full-featured home-made document management software which is simple to operate and has fine performance. The main research contents of this paper include the following aspects:First, this paper briefly introduces the purpose and significance of this study on this home-made software and the present development situation of home-made software, and the paper also makes clear the major task in this study. According to the demand of "China's Golden Auditing Project", this paper has made a reasonable demand analysis and feasibility analysis of home-made management software, and has made a detailed design with regard to the performance, function and security of the software.The focus of this paper is to study and develop the localization management software by using R1 Starflow workflow technology on the development platform of ResourceOne.This paper mainly analyzes the workflow technology from the perspectives of the present development situation, the Starflow related definitions, the framework of R1 Starflow, the main function of the workflow management system and the reference modal ect. What's more, the core of the algorithm of the workflow engine R1 Starflow: the task scheduling of human activity and the instance of the state changes of process instance has been studied. Furthermore, this paper achieves the subsystem of document flow based on R1 workflow technology on the ResourceOne development stage, and gives the key technology. At the same time, according to the requirements of "China's Golden Auditing Project", the paper realizes the localization and performance optimization of the document management software.Finally, according to the present technology and the actual needs the thesis summed up the main research results, analyzes the deficiencies and speculates the development of localization document management software.
