| Along with the rapid development of Chinese Mobile communication industry, and the construction of 3G mobile communication base stations. The maintenance and optimization of mobile communication network are also facing enormous challenges. It is becoming an important issue for all communications operators to better understand the situation of mobile communication networks, we have to transform base stations information into knowledge for decision-making. In this way, The operators can active monitor the network equipment and achieve a timely warming, provide a strong support for the network equipment maintenance and optimization.The mobile communication solutions which use the business intelligence technology to improve early warning capacity based on enterprise-class data warehouse, it integrate all the related useful data about mobile communications network services, through the multi-dimensional data analysis and data mining technology to realize the network of active monitoring and timely warning. In this way, we can improve the level of network management operation and maintenance, thereby enhancing customer service ability.In the thesis, the author researches the Business Intelligence technique which base on data warehouse, online analytical processing, data mining technology, and make variety early-warning model of network equipment operational status. With my participation in the "Chongqing Mobile Network Early Warning System" project which the author has participated in for background. The author make an overall design of the mobile network alarm analysis system, and develop the theme of equipment failure the data warehouse and multidimensional analysis model, and on this basis, we use data mining technology to forecast the establishment of relevant indicators and early warning mechanism, the solution achieve the early warning and automatically linked to the analysis system.
