With the information technology uninterrupted growth, the degree of social information ceaseless rise, the degree of enterprise informationization is enhanced. The enterprise information systems require more communication and interaction, sharing relevance data, repeated using some of the functions and cooperating to accomplish business process since the changes of the business process, or the changes of the demand, or need of the function integrated. For the simple reason that WEB services are a well-packaged, low coupling kind of programs with the use of high ability of being integrated, with the developing of WEB service technology, there are more advantages of using WEB service technology to integrate enterprise applications. Because of that using WEB service technology to integrate enterprise applications has become a very important method to integrate services now.For the purpose of a better research of WEB services integrated, on the basis of the research of WEB service technology and Semantic WEB technologies, this paper constructs a service integrated model of Semantic WEB service. The research including:1. Expand the WEB service bodies'Owl-S and set up WEB service OwlWQ with QoS. In the body of WEB service, add some indexes such as:expenses, time, and reliability. This paper acquires and standardizes these indexes, monitor the process of the WEB service implementation, and according to the situation of monitoring to update the information of QoS in OwlWQ to improve the accuracy of the matching service.2. In the service integrated model, expand the WEB service register center with UDDI and establish a WEB service register center with OWL-S/UDDI. On the basis of traditional UDDI, add some semantic expansion modules and relevance semantic operations in order to realize the function of services publishing, discovering, updating and deleting through register center adapting to the expansion of semantic management module and the compatibility with OwlWQ.3. Bring forward the matching algorithm owing to the OwlWQ WEB services classification, supply a ranking method of quantitative information specification and improve accurate rate that WEB service request.4. In the hope of verifying the feasibility and applicability of integration model brought forward by this paper, develop a prototype system to implement the simulated experiment. The results of the experiments prove that the model in this paper has a good way to improve accurate rate and the credibility.
