Embedded operating system is used widely in many fields include industry control and smart appliances duo to its advantages such as high stability, high efficiency, and so on. The integral data acquisition and object control system that takes the embedded development platform YLP-2410 and embedded operating system Linux as core is designed on the basis of the background.Based on the embedded development platform YLP-2410,the hardware and software of integral data acquisition system and the relative object control are studied,designed and developed。In the systemthe data acquisition signal includes 16 group analog data,32 group states data,and 8 group alternating current data。The overall hardware program about integral data acquisition and the relative object control and the circuit design about every data acquisition module are designed in detail,and all function required for hardware circuits are realized, at on time,the operating principle of data acquisition module are analyzed;at the same time,the implantation environment of embedded operation system Linux is build。The NFS server based on the hardware development platform is configured,and Bootloader is loaded,so that the transplantation of the embedded system Linux is performed;the core procedure algorithm of data acquisition and data process are analyzed and designed,so the functions of object control are realized。In conclusion,this system expand the applied range of YLP-2410,and requirement for embedded data acquisition,real-time data processing and the control of object are meet。The results of experiments running show that the sampling precision is up to 10bits and the sampling rate is 500KHZ for analog data; the resolution is 0.5s and error rate is less than 0.01% for state data; the precision of electrical parameter is 0.5 levels for alternating current data. So, the integral data acquisition and object control system which is accomplished reach the requirements of design.
