This paper works over the situation of designing the wave-guide slot array antenna and cavity microwave filter, and gives a summarization of nowadays study degree of the coupling problem through consulting a lot of information including inland and outland. On this basis, the analyses of the wave-guide slot array antenna and cavity microwave filter have been done. Then the methods to analyze large antenna arrays and the structural-electromagnetic influences on cavity microwave filter are obtained, which can afford some reference for the structure design of the wave-guide slot array antenna and cavity microwave filter.Firstly, sub arrays of large flat-panel slotted waveguide antenna array were analyzed, using different calculating method such as MOM and MLFMM, with different mesh, we analyzed them for many times. The analyze results were compared to choose a suitable mesh and calculating method.Secondly, the influences of the mutual coupling between antenna units distribution on electric performance of the antenna array have been analyzed through simulation analyzing of mutual coupling between antenna units with HFSS software. Moreover, we analyzed superposition between the sub arrays, which provide some references for us to better analyze large antenna arrays.Finally, main structural factors which can affect the electric performance of the coaxial tunable filter are summarized. Using ANSYS to carry out structure deformation analyze, and then using FEKO to analyze the deformation model. The influence of Structure deformation on the electrical properties of cavity filter can obtain.The whole paper summarized the method that can be used to analyze large antenna arrays and the factors change through the structural-electromagnetic analysis of the Coaxial Tunable Filter. It will afford some references for the design and study on the wave-guide slot array antenna and cavity microwave filter.
