This paper works over the situation of designing the phase array antenna and the wave-guide slot array antenna, and gives a summarization of nowadays study degree of the coupling problem through consulting a lot of information including inland and outland. On this basis, the analyses of the phase array antenna and the wave-guide slot array antenna have been done. Then the structural-electromagnetic influences on array antenna are obtained, which can afford some reference for the structure design of the phase array antenna and the wave-guide slot array antenna.Firstly, the single-loop and the multi-loop uniform circular array antenna are analyzed. Then the modeling and simulation analyses of electric performance have been given with MATLAB software. The characteristics of the pattern for single-loop and multi-loop uniform circular array antenna are studied. The influences of the location and the angle with random error distribution on maximum directional gain and the side lobe of the uniform circular array antenna are also analyzed. Moreover, the influences of the mutual coupling between antenna units distribution on electric performance of the rectangular phase array antenna have been analyzed through simulation analyzing of mutual coupling between antenna units with HFSS software.Secondly, main structural factors which can affect the electric performance of the wave-guide slot array antenna are summarized. Then the variety of the electric performance is given through analyzing the random error of the offset, length, width, and lean of the radiation slot, coupling slot and feed slot. Moreover, the comparison result of rectangular slot and bulletheaded slot is educed by simulating these two models.The whole paper summarizes the variety of the electric performance when some structure factors change through the structural-electromagnetic analysis of the phase array and wave-guide slot array antenna. It will afford some references for the design and study on the antenna.
