In the field of laser measurement, laser beam on the location and angle measurement is very important. In the alignment of the precision experiment, the location and angle measurements of the incident light beam require extremely accuracy. At the same time, in the real-time experiment, the movement of the devices will have a serious impact on the experimental result, measuring instruments must get the location and angle of the laser beam t the same time.Based on position sensitive detector (PSD), the measurement system is able to carry out the location measurement and angle measurement at the same time and high-precision.This paper firstly introduce the development of the laser spot measurement, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the methods and decide that the system design will use PSD. And then discusses the overall design process of the simultaneous measurements of laser beam position and angular displacementsThis paper describes the principle of PSD sensors and signal processing circuit, and discusses the overall process of the system. The PC software use the virtual instrument software Labview (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench), which is graphical programming language. The results show intuitively, and can deal with the results According to the needs.
