As an important non-contact measuring technology, the laser triangle method is widely applied in industrial production, especially in Coordinate Measuring Machines(CMM). Based on laser triangle measurement principle, a sine-wave light intensity modulation mode and non-contact laser triangle measurement equipment is designed. Also, the performance characteristics of this system are discussed and analyzed comprehensively.Firstly, this paper introduces the current development of non-contact optical measurement, at home and abroad, and compares advantages and disadvantages of various methods. And laser triangle measurement is selected as the basic design method of the measurement system discussed in this paper. Then the meanings and main contents of the paper are discussed in detail.In this paper, we respectively introduce laser triangle principle, derive the formula of relative principles and Scheimpflug condition on the premise of ideal imaging, present the entire design scheme of the system and relative outer housing mechanical design, and select part of relative devices. The paper also introduces carefully position sensitive detector (PSD) and its signal processing circuit. Especially I/V circuit,Band-pass filter,Phase sensitive demodulation circuit are analyzed elaborately.Finally, the entire measurement equipment was tested by experiment, and the errors of experiment results were analyzed simply.The main task in the paper lies in: In order to depress interference of background light, a sine-wave light intensity modulation drived light source is designed in the optical measurement equipment. Correspondingly, the phase-sensitive demodulation circuit used to demodulate signal light is designed to improve the measurement accuracy of the system. |
